Garnacha

Dry-farmed Garnacha from vines over 35 years old, grown above 700 metres on ferrous clay and limestone. Hand-picked in small baskets and spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts, with minimal oak and total sulfites below 30 mg/L. Deep ruby in color, with blackberry, black cherry and white pepper. Juicy and balanced, with energetic acidity and a strong mineral backbone. Production is around 3,900 bottles per vintage.
